Fort 2 Base
In honor of 9/11 and because he needed to get a long run in, Tim ran the Fort 2 Base race this morning. This inaugural race was run from Fort Sheridan to Great Lakes Naval Base - a distance of 10 nautical miles (11.5 miles). Overall Tim enjoyed his Sunday run except for the HUGE hill in the last 2 miles - good thing the military personnel were lining the road to cheer on the runners!
